Yep, it's finally here: the first day of school. He was so excited to go and he even picked his outfit and where he wanted me to take his pictures this morning. Jared and I took him to school and it was a madhouse, but very emotional!

I had to get a similar picture taken of him that I had taken my first day of school. If I get to it, I will find that picture of me and do a side by side comparison.
They tagged him when he got to the school with his bus number, which I have to say was smart!

We waited a little over an hour for him to come home! We were a nervous wreck! I hope it goes faster by the end of the week because I don't know if I can handle waiting that long again!

When Andy got home, there was a BIG surprise for him. Jared and I found a loft bed online on Craigslist and set it up and rearranged his room while he was at school. Boy was he surprised!! All in all, he said he had a great day. He played cannons during recess, learned how to color the kindergarten way, and a lot of other stuff that he doesn't remember. I cried my eyes out AFTER we got into the car, I couldn't let him see me do that. Jared decided that I needed breakfast to calm me down, so we went to McDonalds with the baby.
